Assuming this game still happens, does anyone know what the ticket situation may be like? I’d like to sit in the KSU section but I’m sure there will be plenty of tickets being sold through Stub Hub and what not.
Anyone know how KSU might approach this?
IMO It's way too far ahead to know what capacity is allowed. By September the vaccine may be available to everyone and they might say screw it and ramp up attendance.
Georgia Tech isn't selling anything but season tickets so far I believe. I've been getting emails about that and checked with the rep to see what the single game ticket situation was and the date for them going on sale is TBD. Imagine most are seeing how the spring/early summer goes and then make a decision on capacity and what not.
CobbFC09 keep us updated if you hear anything from GT
Has anyone inquired with KSU about getting single game tickets in the KSU section for the GT game? I would have thought there would be information on the ticketing website by now, but the only way I can see to get a GT ticket in the KSU section is to buy season tickets, something I am not interested in. Did they sell out or something? What gives?
I just found this buried on the KSU site: "Only KSU season ticket holders will receive Georgia Tech tickets and the opportunity to purchase additional tickets for this game. Non-season ticket holders will need to purchase tickets through Georgia Tech or through another ticketing site."
I looked on GA Tech's site and it looks like the visitor sections are 130-132 and 229, and there are tickets available in 132, so I might just do that.
EveryTimeIDom I paid $55 per ticket from GT's website
@KingOwl What section did you go with?
I'm in 124
We're in for a very long year. Not saying this because we lost to a P5 team, obviously we're supposed to, but we're just not good.
Losing to a P5 team really shouldn't change things, but does the streak of being ranked in the top 25 for 47 consecutive weeks come to an end?
I think if we stayed in the rankings after our not so impressive performance against NAIA Reinhardt, we will hang in after a P5 loss that was about as expected.
It will be interesting to see how we do in FCS. There is certainly lots of work to do to compete for the playoffs.
