The well rested Owls return to action after 2 weeks off assuming you count the glorified sccrimmage against TCF. It's been 3 loong weeks since they've played against a team that offers scholarships.
The usual suspects all see this game similarly -- FGCU is favored by 3 points by Massey, 4 points by Sagarin, and 4.5 points by the bookies.
I'll just point out that in their only common opponent FGCU beat Mercer by 12 whereas KSU lost by 2 which would suggest a 14 point differential between the 2 teams.
KSU is lucky that future WNBA star (a future top 10 WNBA draftee -- one mock draft has her as number 4 -- despite playing in a low major conference) Kierstan Bell has decided against suiting up tonight.
The Owls beat FGCU 80-63 last year in their home away from home venue -- Life University.
