On the MBB FB page they congratulated themselves on averaging 82.8 points a game. First in the C-USA and 40th in D1. So I was curious...
The 4 players in the portal totaled 1,408 points -- 49% of the teams total.
Cottle and the other seniors totaled 20% of the teams points.
The remaining players totaled 31% of the teams points.
The 4 leading scorers from last years team are gone. The leading returning scorer from last year is Trey Simpson with 315 points or 9.0 points per game.
Stats subject to change if anyone else jumps ship.
