Wingman Interesting observation. Here's how I think it plays out.
First, the ASUN can do whatever they want to do, subject to the NCAA approval.
And what they are doing now, if I understand it correctly, is head to head among the teams tied, with the highest NCAA Net being the tiebreaker. If, for eample, UNA and BU are tied then it would drop down to the first eligible team.
Right now LU has a huge lead in the NCAA Net. They are followed by BU and Lipscomb.NA is 5th.
Interesting that none of the 3 teams tied as of now have played each other yet.
Also find it interesting that the 2 highest eligible NCAA Net teams -- Liberty and Lipscomb -- have played and split their series.
I'm rooting for KSU to advance to the Championship game ascending from the 9th seed. If that doesn't happen, then I'm hoping for a UNA and BU final. Go Knights!
